This support group is tailored to anyone identifying with some of the more masculine traits of ADHD. Yes, as a relationship therapist, counsellor and ADHD coach I have observed some differences in the strengths and struggles. Some of these differences pertain to culture, gender role expectations, family of origin and hormones.

You will receive an Awaken ADHD Group Program Workbook
This program has been uniquely created by an ADHDer with the ADHD brain in mind. It's both flexible and engaging. 4 Stage Program Explore: In this stage we will explore you relationship and individual history, core wounds, conflict patterns and relationship values. Evaluate: In this stage we will evaluate your relationship goals, emotional triggers, shared meaning, conflict resolution and more. Empathise: In this stage we will learn to truly empathise with one another, remove the obstacles to connection and deepen intimacy. Evolve In this stage your relationship will evolve. we will establish long term goals, rituals of connection, shared meaning, and cultivate a culture of forgiveness making intimacy (meaningful close connection) a priority. Each couple will receive a couples therapy program folder. Every session you will receive the relevant section of your program.
Underpinning the program is a coaching style that is warm, empathic, well researched and focused on cultivating a part of you that supports, nurtures, forgives and embraces your ADHD in a way that is empowering.

Womens ADHD Group
This online group is tailored to individuals who identify with the more feminine traits of ADHD. create new goals aligned with your way of being in the world
and increase your self worth.
You will receive an Awaken ADHD Group Program Areas covered include:
impacts of hormones including: Pre-menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PNDD)
Are you are carer or parent of a neurodivergent child (of any age)? Are you sometimes feeling lost, overwhelmed, exhausted and alone? Do you feel like you need some support, connection and strategies? If so, we have you covered. This four week group program is flexible and uniquely tailored to suit the group's needs. The aim is to Embrace, Educate, Encourage and Empower you and your family. When: Friday's 12-1:30pm Next Group Commences AUGUST 23rd 2024 Where: 35 Armstrongs Road, Seaford Cost: $480pp for 4 week program, plus 2 bonus 60min follow up sessions Supporting materials included Group Size: Minimum 5 group members - Maximum 12 group members Facilitated by experienced mental health professionals. Jade Bonney: Counsellor, Relationship Therapist and adult ADHD Coach Rachael Flack: Social Worker, Counsellor and Doula NDIS: Whilst we are not NDIS registered, if you are self managed or plan managed you may be eligible to to claim this program through your child's NDIS funding under Carer Education and Support. Week One: Embrace In this first week we will embrace you and your family as we learn about your challenges, family dynamics, and how you are managing your unique parenting journey. Week Two: Educate Now that we have a better understanding of your needs we will share strategies and skills to support you and your family. This may include: understanding neurodiversity, nervous system regulation, family dynamics and communication, attachment and attunement, burnout prevention, co-regulation, self care etc: Week Three: Encourage This week we look at how we encourage ourselves and our loved ones. Sometimes it's hard to keep putting one foot in front of the other, so let's explore ways to keep momentum, hold onto hope and be kind to ourselves in the process. Week Four: Empower As we gather all our new insights, tools and strategies, we can empower ourselves to advocate for our children and teach them to advocate for themselves. Some of the things we may explore include finding our voice, healthy conflict, neuroaffirming language, family values etc.
