I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you as you unlearn, remember, and reconnect with the way your brain and body actually move through the world. As a neurodivergent counsellor, my work sits at the crossroads of psychology, lived experience, and deep respect for non-linear lives. I call what I do Un-Coaching. It's practice rooted in untangling internalised ableism, and honouring your way of being in the world.
Many psychological frameworks don’t speak to the messy brilliance of neurodivergent minds. They ask us to trade authenticity for functionality. And I think that’s too high a price.
So instead of chasing progress by the book, we’ll work with your edges, your spark, your rhythm. Sometimes that means slowing down. Sometimes it means embracing chaos. Sometimes it means laughing mid-breakdown. All of that is welcome here. I work flexibly and relationally, no polished persona, no performance. Just a real human, meeting you where you're at. If you’re a logical thinker who loves to make sense of things, I can meet you there. If you move in metaphors and sensory waves, I’m there too. You get to choose your own adventure, and I’m here to support you in navigating it, no map required. This space isn’t about fitting yourself into a better-shaped peg. It’s about noticing your shape. Claiming it, unapologetically.
We’ll make room for your joy, your humour, your brilliance, even when it feels hard. Whether you are diagnosed, undiagnosed or a parent of a diagnosed child, ADHD un-coaching can help you:
manage anxiety
better understand yourself (or your child)
increase your self worth
become more confident
make sense of the chaos
increase focus and decision making
create a life that is aligned with you
There’s no checklist. No fixed agenda. Just space to explore, feel, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Some of what we might do: Name and unpack internalised ableism Discover your authentic pacing and capacity Reflect on burnout, masking, or shame cycles Create soft, flexible structures that support you Practice self-awareness and acceptance
